Job Description:

Responsibilities: Receives and evaluates real estate properties and/or natural resources. Manages assigned properties. Advises customers and bank officers on a variety of matters concerning the purchase, sale or management of the properties. Management of real property held in fiduciary accounts with emphasis on rural and agriculteral properties.

Requirements: Possess extensive knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. Service oriented with excellent negotiation skills. Extensive knowledge of all bank products and services. Experience in new business solicitation preferred.

Education: College degree or higher preferred, Real estate broker or affiliate broker license for Illinois and surrounding states preferred. Other professional designations in farm management preferred.

Work Experience: 6-8 years minimum
